Hi. I’m Mrs. Thomas and this will be my 3rd year as a teacher PS 82. This year I will be teaching the 1st grade ICT class along with Mrs. Vitale.

I earned both my bachelor’s degree and my master’s degree from Hofstra University. I am certified in early childhood education, and childhood education and I have a certificate of advanced graduate study in literacy.

I was born in Queens and raised on Long Island, where I currently live. When I’m not in school I love to read and spend time at the beach, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

I am looking forward to a great year and I can’t wait to meet each of you.
