Hello everyone!

I am Mrs. Correia, a 3rd grade teacher at P.S. 82Q. This will be my 7th year teaching, my 3rd year teaching at P.S. 82Q! I grew up in Queens and currently live in Long Island. I recently changed my name from Ms. Gomez as I approach my 2nd wedding anniversary! I graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. degree in Childhood Education and Molloy College with a M.S. degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Some things I love to do is spend time with family, travel, and read! I was able to visit Greece with family this summer and got a chance to catch up on some great books. I look forward to this new school year! I am excited to meet new students and create new learning experiences!
